This shmup is about a knight who conquered his own kingdom. However, something very strange happened, and his allies and friends began to behave strangely, as if they were someone else (or maybe possessed?).
Your mission is to find out what’s behind all this and put an end to it.

Final Thoughts – Analyzing the game as a whole

Graphics and UI

The strongest point of the game is its art and animations! Everything very well detailed, beautiful movements (both your character and enemies), various animated details in each scenario.

The scenes with dialogue were made using the game’s own animation, giving the perfect sense of continuity to the game.
The UI follows the same style as the art and are easy to navigate and understand.

Soundtrack and Sound Effects

I really liked the music and sound effects. When you kill an enemy, they let out an exclamation or a groan.

Gameplay

It’s possible to play both with a keyboard and joystick (the latter being the most practical and comfortable option in my opinion).
I enjoyed the ability to choose difficulty levels and to have three save slots, which allows for multiple playthroughs in the same installed game.

Most shmups weigh heavily on the number of enemies and bullets to calibrate difficulty, but this one used different techniques: spread enemies across strategic points, gave you a health bar, the possibility of using and improving your items, and the ability to change direction as you wish.

The level design is very well planned and worked well. The game seems easy, but it only takes a few moments for you to realize that you have to change direction to fly and it completely changes your line of thinking and makes you want to yell (especially at bosses). I found this fantastic!
The physics were well calibrated, just took some time to get used to the main character’s hitbox.

The only thing that bothered me was that every time the game transitioned to a new scene, it minimized and then returned to the game window after a few seconds.

The game also includes a bestiary containing the name and description of all enemies.

Replayability and Game Retention

High replayability due to difficulty levels and the possibility of collecting coins and buying items.
