Graphics and UI

The art is very beautiful and doesn’t lose quality when zooming in.
There is no variation in scenery, everything takes place on the same screen.

An interesting observation I made concerns the colors chosen. Everything is pink and lilac. Lilac symbolizes spirituality and intuition, while pink symbolizes love. I might be wrong, but I believe those colors were chosen to reinforce the feeling of attachment to memories.

Soundtrack and Sound Effects

The background music is very calming and plays in an infinite loop. It’s very relaxing but has a hint of melancholy.

Gameplay

This hidden object game, despite being short, deviates from the standard formula of most games in this genre.
Your mission is essentially to find cat souls, which, once discovered, become other cats in the scene.
There are also some symbols that, when located, unlock additional content to search for.

Some cats unlock memories (as indicated by the game’s title) of cats and their owners. It’s something very sentimental, and I believe only cat lovers will truly understand and enjoy it.

Although everything in the scenery is static, there are interactive objects that can reveal hidden kittens.

Cat Memories contains an autosave feature, allowing the player to exit the game without losing progress.

Replayability and Game Retention

Once you finish the game, you can start a new progression from scratch. Additionally, there is an option to reset achievements.
I didn’t find it difficult, I finished it in about an hour and a half.

It’s a simple game, but it offers entertainment for fans of this genre (especially cat enthusiasts!).
